These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the sygn mobile application ("App") operated by shchstudio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

sygn is a personal journaling application for capturing moments, practicing gratitude, writing intentions, and listening to affirmations. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Accounts & Data

You may use the App without an account. If you create an account (via Google or Apple Sign-In), your journal data is synced to our servers to enable cross-device access. You retain full ownership of all content you create in the App.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

sygn offers optional paid subscriptions ("sygn Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Free trial periods, if offered, end when you purchase a subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Interfere with the App's infrastructure or other users' access.
Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, affirmation content, audio, and visual assets, is owned by shchstudio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

6. AI Features

sygn uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to analyze your goal-writing patterns. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, shchstudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
